This Saturday Night Social is an offer that is irresistible!
We've made a list of places below to announce to share this saturday night event. Posting to these sites will definitely make this sell out faster!
We'll help every step of the way. No time? We'll get it done for you. We're on your team.
A lead generation offer is an event designed to attract new customers, such as the example above--a fundraiser co-sponsored by a local school.
These events get new people in your doors and generate valuable leads you can sell other offers to by capturing attendees' contact information.
Hosting such events is an excellent way to market your space, showcase what you offer, and build a targeted email list of interested future customers.
Every attendee who signs up for the event is self-selecting as having an interest in what you offer.
The goal is--now that they have paid you and demonstrated their interest, and you have their info--generate new offers and turn them into frequent customers.
The email list is incredibly valuable for future marketing campaigns, as it allows you to target a specific audience that is more likely to convert into paying customers with new offers designed just for them.
A segmented email list allows you to categorize your contacts based on their interests and behaviors.
For example, someone who comes to a lead generation event for a school fundraiser targeting elementary-age kids can now be segmented to receive offers for camps and teacher-in-service workday camps.
This enables you to send personalized and relevant content to each segment, increasing the chances of engagement and conversion.
Marketers say "there is gold in the list" because a well-maintained and segmented email list is incredibly powerful. It allows your business to send highly targeted offers to specific groups of people. This increases the likelihood of engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty.
The critical components for a successful lead generation event include:
Absolutely! This is what we do!
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
Refunding or rescheduling a camp is allowed without fee, up until a month in advance of the start of the camp. Due to the nature of camp, rescheduling within 15-28 days of the start of camp incurs a 25% fee, rescheduling within 14 days of the start of camp incurs a 50% fee.
Cancellations without rescheduling made within 15-28 days before the start of camp result in a 75% return in the form of store credit for services, those made within 14 days of the start of camp will result in a 50% return in the form of store credit for services. The remaining amount is forfeited.
If a parent is able to replace their child with a friend's child, we are happy to allow that. However, we do not process a refund in this case, it is up to the families to handle the financial aspect of such an arrangement. Due to the popularity of our camps, we often have a wait-list, so if you cannot maintain your reservation, please notify us so we can offer your spot to another camper.
No-Shows
No-shows forfeit the entire price of the class or event. We cannot offer refunds on a camper’s single day of camp.
The format is called "Humpty Dumpty", in which you are paired with another player for a timed game. When the buzzer goes off, you move up a court if you won, and split with your partner. If you lost, you stay on the same court, and split from your partner. The team on the "top" court that loses falls all the way to the bottom court, where they split and start over again. It's a fun variation on the round robin format that ensures that you'll have different partners and opponents.
